How to use lateral flow assay development kit?

The kit contain all necessaries for lateral flow development job, except for colloidal gold, antigen and antibody, BSA and other chemical reagent.
Take out all materials, then start development procedure.
1. Place lateral flow backing card on table 
2. Stick nitrocellulose membrane on lateral flow backing card

3. Use lateral flow reagent dispenser to spray antibody or antigen onto nitrocellulose membrane (C and T line)
4. Dry nitrocellulose membrane

5. Use lateral flow dispenser to spray colloidal gold nanoparticles onto lateral flow conjugate pad
Or:
Use micropipette to drop the colloidal gold(labeled antigen/antibody) liquid on conjugate pad
6. Dry lateral flow conjugate pad
